SUBJECT: Final Plat Time Extension | Huntington Ridge Subdivision No. 2
To Whom It May Concern:
Huntington Ridge East Subdivision No. 2, Received final plat approval on 01/04/2024. The Plat approval
is currently subject to expiration, and we are requesting an extension in order to allow the project to
move forward to recordation.
The project is currently under construction with grading and utilities installation underway. An extension
is needed to provide sufficient time to complete these improvements and finalize the plat. We
anticipate the final plat will be ready for recordation within the next six months. At this stage the plat
has been approved by southwest district health and is progressing to review by the county surveyor. We
are requesting an additional six months past the current expiration date.
