Subject: Time Extension for Huntington Ridge East
Hello all,
Does anyone have any concerns with a time extension for Huntington Ridge East (SUB22-000005). They have recorded their first phase final plat, and have an approved final plat for phases
2 and 3, but are not going to be able to record no. 2 within the required two years. I can add the standard language about traffic impact fees.
