RE: TER24-000001 - Mino'Aka Subdivision Renewal
We have received your request for a renewalof the Mino'Aka Subdivision preliminary plat
(PUD21-000002). We have reviewed your request in accordance with criteria in Caldwell
City Code Section 1.1,-02-04 and have determined the following:
The plat, as previously approved, is still in the best interests of the safety, health,
and generalwelfare of the city.
There have been no significant changes to the city code between the date of plat
approval and the application date of the time extension request that would require
substantial modifications to the lot layout.
Any modification to the layout and design of the originally approved plat are
minimal.
The plat still conforms with new or amended development master plans, including,
but not limited to public facilities plans, pathways and bike routes plans, parks, and
recreation master plans.
The plat is expired, however, the applicant has applied for a renewal in conjunction
with the request for a time extension and has pay all the applicable fees for such
renewal.
The plat expired on t2-6-23, but has not been expired for more than one (1) year.
Based on the above findings, we have approved a plat renewalof eighteen (18)months.
The new plat expiration date is Septembe r 25,2025.
Conditions of Approval:
L. All common lots must be appropriately labeled on the construction drawings and
final plat.
2. Laceleaf needs to be listed as Laceleaf Drive since it is public. This needs to be
shown on the construction drawings and the final plat.
Prior to the 2025 expiration, additional time extensions up to two (2) years as determined
and approved by the director may be granted.
