Note: lf changes are being proposed to the preliminary plat, an application for a site plan / landscape plan review or a plat modification will be required in addition to this application. Please discuss with a staff Planner as to which application is appropriate depending on the changes that are being proposed. 'tr Original Preliminary Plat. A full-size copy of the original approved preliminary plat in high resolution pdf format. g Findings / Order of Decisions / Extensions. A copy of the approved city council findings and order of decision for the approved preliminary plat. Also provide a copy of any previous extensions obtained for the plat. ! Proposed Final Plat.
