Subject: Mino'Aka Subdivision Time Extension
Does anyone have any issues with a time extension for Mino Aka Subdivision? It was originally approved as PUD21-000002 and had a previous time extension in 2024 (TER24-000001) and is
located on parcel R2743800000. I do not think they have approved construction docs yet. I will also make sure to let them know about traffic impact fees.
