Engineering has no concern with this renewal if this remains a single lot development. Traffic impact Fees will apply to this development and any Civil drawings approved more than 1yr.

Hello,
Does anyone have any concerns with issuing a renewal for Ryan’s Crossing PUD, originally approved as ANN21-000010 and PUD21-000004 on parcel R3528000000. No changes to the approved construction
documents are proposed.
I will tell them about traffic impact fees.
