REQUEST SUMMARY: The applicant, Maverik Inc., is requesting approval of a special use permit for the
construction of two poles signs, each with a reader board in excess of 48 sq. ft., one of which is proposed to be 90
feet in height, and to exceed the allowable square footage of signage for the entire site. The approximately 4 acre
site is zoned C-3 and is located at 15280 Green Rd., on the northeast side of HWY 20/26, approximately 1,000 feet
west of the intersection with Interstate 84.in Caldwell, Idaho.
