This public comment period is an invitation to members of the community to present issues, thoughts, or
suggestions. Comments should be limited to those matters that are within the jurisdiction of the Caldwell
Downtown District.

1. Discussion on meeting dates. Currently the board is set to meet quarterly. Does this need to be more
frequent in the beginning?
2. Open discussion to determine concerns for the board to address this year in 2025

Next Regular Downtown Parking Advisory Board Meeting is on September 11, 2025. Any person needing
