Concurrently a request for a Planned Unit Development for The Collections Subdivision, consisting of 68 single family lots and 74 townhome lots. The property is designated as Medium Density Residential in the 2040 Comprehensive Plan. The subject property is located northeast of the corner of Laster Ln and S Florida Ave, east of Four Seasons Subdivision. This Case is being heard by the Caldwell Hearing Examiner on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 and the notices need to be mailed on Friday, June 10, 2022.
