OUTSIDE AGENCY WRITTEN TESTIMONY Outside Agency Response Deadlines: 5/16/2025 Page 2 REQUEST SUMMARY: The applicant, Jeff Likes of ALC Architecture, on behalf of Cormeier Family Trust, is requesting approval of a special use permit to construct additional storage buildings at an existing traditional ministorage facility in the C-3 zone and within the APO-1 overlay. The property received approval for a Special Use Permit in 2018 for the existing use; an expansion was anticipated at that time but not included in the entitlements. The two new storage structures are proposed to match the existing facilities. The development is located on the east side of Middleton Rd., approximately 690 feet south of the intersection with Ustick Rd., in Caldwell, Idaho.
