REQUEST SUMMARY: The applicant, ALC Architecture, on behalf of Alturas Capital Partners, is requesting design review approval for a new flex space building along Cleveland Blvd., a designated Key Corridor. The proposed structure is 38,400 sq. ft. and would accommodate a maximum of sixteen (16) tenants. Several other existing buildings would remain on site, which is zoned both C-3 and M-1. This application is only for the design of the building and site as flex space is a directly permitted use and does not require a special use permit. The approximately 18.72 acre site is addressed as 5617 Cleveland Blvd. and is located on the northeast side of Cleveland Blvd., approximately 2,000 feet southeast of the intersection with Ustick Rd. / APPLICATION PACKET: The complete application packet can be found on the City of Caldwell website under “Planning and Zoning Department/Current Case Files” or by clicking here.
