REQUEST SUMMARY: The applicant, Bonnie Layton of NV5, on behalf of Endurance Holdings LLC, is requesting
annexation of parcel R3280700000 with a proposed zoning of R-1 (Low Density Residential), where the current City
comprehensive plan future land use designation is Neighborhood 2. Additionally, the applicant is requesting
approval of a preliminary plat for Peregrine East Subdivision, a residential subdivision with 48 single family
residential lots. The 20.83 acre development is located on the North side of Orchard Ave., approximately 2,100 feet
east of the intersection with Lake Ave., in Caldwell, Idaho.
