Additionally, the applicant is requesting approval of a preliminary plat for Peregrine East Subdivision, a residential subdivision with 48 single family residential lots. The 20.83 acre development is located on the North side of Orchard Ave., approximately 2,100 feet east of the intersection with Lake Ave., in Caldwell, Idaho.
