To Whom It May Concern:
I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Ryan Cantlon and I am the owner and broker of Idaho Land
Brokerage, LLC. We have been working with Thomas Coleman of Treasure Valley Development to acquire
and re-entitle the project known as Enclave Subdivision.
We feel the highest and best use for this property is what is submitted on the proposed preliminary plat. The
current approval does not mix well with the current real estate market. As approved, the property sat on the
market for sale for several years without any interest. We are seeing projects across the valley which were
once approved for higher density apartments be transitioned into a more traditional single-family project. We
feel the proposed project before you will succeed in Caldwell.
