Re: SPP25-000006, ZON25-000001 Enclave Subdivision
Dear Caldwell Planning and Zoning and City Council,
If the Enclave development is approved, students within the subdivision would attend Lakevue Elementary, Vallivue
Middle School, and Vallivue High School. Based on the developments already approved by the Caldwell and Nampa
City Councils, Vallivue's elementary schools are projected to be over capacity by 2029.
Nevertheless, I am writing on behalf of the Vallivue School District to acknowledge that Thomas Coleman has
signed a Donor Agreement Form of $500 per unit for a total of $76,000 to help mitigate the impact of growth on our
schools. We’ve submitted the Donor Agreement Form for your review.
While we appreciate this generous contribution, it is important to clarify that our gratitude does not imply a position
regarding the approval of the development under review. Our focus remains on our mission to provide the best
possible education for our students, and we believe that all decisions related to development should be made in the
best interests of the entire community.
