RE: Case Number PUD25-000003 Logan Meadows PUD
Case Number PUD25-000003: The applicant, Hatch Design and
Architecture, on behalf of Logan Hill LLC, is requesting approval of a
Planned Unit Development application for Logan Meadows, a multifamily
housing development with 11 fourplexes and one duplex for a total of 46
dwelling units. The 4.51 acre property is zoned R-2, and is located on the
south side of W. Logan St., approximately 1,700 feet east of the
intersection with Farmway Rd, in Caldwell, Idaho.
This Case is being heard by the Caldwell Hearing Examiner on Tuesday, July
8, 2025 and the notices need to be mailed on Thursday, June 19, 2025.
