The 4.51 acre property is zoned R-2, and is located on the south side of W. Logan St., approximately 1,700 feet east of the intersection with Farmway Rd, in Caldwell, Idaho. This Case is being heard by the Caldwell Hearing Examiner on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 and the notices need to be mailed on Thursday, June 19, 2025.
