To Whom it May Concern,
A statement pertaining to the public hearing notice for case #PUD25-000003.
Residents

Caldwell, ID 83605
We respectfully ask that the new development, Logan Meadows, not allow pedestrian accessto Elm St., located at the south end of the development.
Reasons Against:
1. Pedestrian access to Logan Meadows would allow parking on Elm street for those who doNOT live in the development, which would potentially cause problems for the parking of
residents who do live on Elm Street.2. Pedestrian access would allow the potential for drug or gang related activities, owing to the
seclusion of Elm Street from all main roadways.3. Elm Street is not a through street. The streets connecting to Elm Street are not through
streets. Logically, speaking, there is no benefit for pedestrian access, as there is no close recreation or
access to groceries or gas stations that would make sense for access to Elm Street.4. We are concerned with how an increase of fourty-six families would impact our quiet and
safe neighborhood streets.
Thank you,
Kevin and Amaris Dudgeon
