Dear Resident,
Prior to submittal of a development application, the city of Caldwell requires an opportunity for
dialogue between the applicant and neighbors. This is your notice to meet and review the proposed
application for a new multifamily 4-plex housing project. This is not a public hearing, and no public
officials will be present. If you have questions regarding meeting requirements, please contact the
Planning and Zoning Department at 208-455-3021.
Purpose: To review and provide comments regarding a new 17 structure multifamily housing project,
located approximately 460’ east of the Southeast corner of the intersection at Marshall Ave. and West
Logan Street, located on the vacant parcel directly East of 813 West Logan Street.
When: The meeting will be held, Monday April 7, 2025 at 6:00 pm.
Where: The meeting will be held on the proposed site, 1709 W. Logan St., Caldwell, ID, 83605. Located
approximately 460’ east of the Southeast corner of Marshall Ave and West Logan Street. Directly East of
813 West Logan Street.
Project Description: The project is for the construction of a new multifamily 4-plex housing project. The
style and architectural language will be complimentary to the surrounding development. The project will
include improvements to the site, including landscaping and elements to enhance pedestrian access.
Attached is an exhibit of the proposed site plan.
