Great! Thank you for the clarification.
With that in mind, ITD has no current concerns. However, if additional commercial uses are proposed,
will ITD be notified? Given the parcel size and available development area, we do not anticipate a
significant impact, but due to the site's proximity to the interchange, ITD would appreciate the
opportunity for a brief review. Would it be possible for ITD to review the plans prior to building permit
approval?

Hi Niki,
This one is a little unusual. They are built out with all their residential units. I know they still have the intent to
construct an RV park, but they currently have a Conditional Use Permit for that RV park through the County and
just want to bring those entitlements with them. Other than that they may add a small commercial use or two in
the future to serve residents on site, but there wouldn’t be any other significant development from what I
understand.

It seems that this is already built, are they planning on adding to the complex? Or is this just to annex
into the City of Caldwell?

Outside Agencies:
Outside agencies are invited to provide written testimony and/or comments by the date specified within the
attached notification. The deadline for written testimony is to ensure planners can consider the information as
they develop their staƯ report and recommended findings. All items received by the deadline will be placed in the
hearing packet, allowing the hearing body adequate time to review the submitted information.
Internal City Departments:
Deadline dates for conditional and/or final staƯ reports are specified in the attached notification and have been
put into the Citizenserve database under each department review task.
