PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held on the following application request (s):
Request (s): Case Number ANN25-000005, SPP25-000004 : The applicant, Bonnie Layton of NV5, on behalf of En-
durance Holdings LLC, is requesƟng annexaƟon of parcel R3280500000 with a proposed zoning of R-1, where the cur-
rent City comprehensive plan future land use designaƟon is Neighborhood 2. AddiƟonally, the applicant is requesƟng
approval of a preliminary plat for Peregrine West Subdivision, a residenƟal subdivision with 45 single family residen-
Ɵal lots. The 16.59 acre development is located on the North side of Orchard Ave., approximately 630 feet east of the
intersecƟon with Lake Ave., in Caldwell, Idaho. The Planning and Zoning Commission, on June 11th, 2025, recom-
mended approval of the applicaƟon, to be forwarded to the City Council for consideraƟon.
Hearing Body: Caldwell City Council
Hearing Date, Time, LocaƟon: Monday, July 21st at 6:00pm in the City Council Chambers Room, 205 S. 6th Avenue,
Caldwell, Idaho.
Public TesƟmony: All public tesƟmony in favor, neutral or in opposiƟon will be heard. Comments need to be re-
ceived eight (8) days prior to the hearing or will be presented as late exhibits to the hearing body for consideraƟon.
