Additionally, the applicant is requesting approval of a preliminary plat for Peregrine West Subdivision, a residential subdivision with 45 single family residential lots. The 16.59 acre development is located on the North side of Orchard Ave., approximately 630 feet east of the intersection with Lake Ave., in Caldwell, Idaho. This Case is being heard by the Caldwell Planning and Zoning Commission on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 and the notices need to be mailed on Thursday, May 22, 2025.
