R3280500000 and R3280700000) Dear Neighbor, You are invited to a neighborhood meeting to discuss our proposed East and West Subdivisions we are proposing near your property. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the project, answer any questions, and listen to your feedback and suggestions. Meeting Date: January 15th, 2025 Meeting Time: 6pm Meeting Location: Caldwell Public Library - 1010 Dearborn St., Caldwell, ID 83605 Project Summary: The project includes a Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment, Annexations, and Preliminary Plats for the parcels located east of Lake Avenue between Ropers Road and north of W Orchard Avenue in Canyon County, Idaho. The project area contains two parcels and is approximately 36.95 acres in size. The project proposes R-1 zoning with 45 single family residential lots on the western parcel and 48 single family residential lots on the eastern parcel along with required open spaces and related open space amenities for each.
