SPECIAL USE PERMIT EXTENSION A special use permit extension is requested for multi-family housing on parcel R05732 located
north of Logan Street. The special use permit, case number SUP22-000033 was approved May 31,
2023. The extension is requested as the process to get approved construction drawings took longer than expected. The City approved construction drawings on March 31, 2025. This approval date has not allowed enough time to complete the project before the special use permit expires.
The requested extension time is for 18 months to 24 months, whatever the City is agreeable with.
