Traffic Impact fees will also apply to this site. They have one previous time extension, TER24-000001 which will expire in September. They plan to start construction this fall once the irrigation water has left the canals and are asking for an additional year. The are not proposing any changes and the extension files are in Citizen Serve under TER25-000005. Thank you,
