Morgan,
Engineering does not have an issue with this time extension however; Applicant will need to resubmit construction drawing to update the Pressure irrigation lines to 6” throughout the
development to comply with revised CMID specifications. Traffic Impact fees will also apply to this site.

Subject: Time extension for Liberty Springs Subdivision
Hello,
Does anyone have any concerns with a time extension for Liberty Springs Subdivision, originally approved as SUB21-000043 on parcel R35228012. They have one previous time extension, TER24-000001
which will expire in September. They plan to start construction this fall once the irrigation water has left the canals and are asking for an additional year. The are not proposing
any changes and the extension files are in Citizen Serve under TER25-000005.
