Dear Resident,
Prior to submittal of a development application, the City of Caldwell requires an opportunity for
discourse between the applicant and neighbors. This is your notice to meet and review the proposed
Special Use Permit application for a new commercial development. This is not a public hearing, and no
public officials will be present. If you have questions regarding meeting requirements, please contact
the Planning and Zoning Department at 208-455-3021.
Purpose: To review and provide comments regarding a new approximately 17,800 SF diesel repair
facility along with covered RV storage, located approximately 600’ south of the Southwest corner of the
intersection at Middleton Road and Ustick Road.
When: The meeting will be held, Tuesday April 8, 2025 at 6:00 pm.
Where: The meeting will be held on the site which is directly across Middleton Rd from Storelocal
Storage Co-op at 17792 Middleton Rd, Nampa, ID 83687.
Project Description: The project is for the construction of a new RV storage and diesel repair facility
development. The style and architectural language will be complimentary to the surrounding areas. The
project will include improvements to the site, including landscaping and elements to enhance pedestrian
access. See the back for an exhibit of the proposed site plan.
