A er careful review of the transmi al submi ed to ITD on April 23, 2025 regarding, Hangar Event Center-CH1.LLC,
the Department has no comments or concerns to make at this me. This applica on does not meet thresholds for
a Traffic Impact Study nor does it pose any safety concern. If you have any ques ons please contact Niki

You are hereby being notified, pursuant to the Local Land Use Planning Act, Idaho Code 67-6509.
Outside Agencies:
Outside agencies are invited to provide written testimony and/or comments by the date specified within the
attached notification. The deadline for written testimony is to ensure planners can consider the information as they
develop their staff report and recommended findings. All items received by the deadline will be placed in the
hearing packet, allowing the hearing body adequate time to review the submitted information.
Internal City Departments:
Deadline dates for conditional and/or final staff reports are specified in the attached notification and have been put
into the Citizenserve database under each department review task.
