Re: SUP25-000001- CH1 LLC Hangar Date: 05/06/2025 The Mapping Department provides the following comments on a request by James Steele of CH1.LLC, who is requesting approval of a special use permit for an event venue within a 12,000 sq. foot airplane hangar, to be located on airport property. The venue would cater to aeronautical themed events. The site is currently designated M-1 (light industrial) but is in the process of being rezoned to A-D (airport district). The development is located just southeast of the Airport Terminal Building at the intersection of E. Linden St. and Smeed Parkway., in Caldwell, Idaho.
