Terminal Building, On airport Property.
To whom it may concern, You are invited to a neighborhood meeting to discuss a
project we are proposing near your property. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss
the project, answer any questions, and listen to your feedback and suggestions.
Meeting Date:March 5th , 2025
Meeting Time: 11:30 AM
Meeting Location: 4814 E Linden St Caldwell ID 83606 in primary Terminal Office
Project Summary: This project consists of a request for Special Use Permit/ Request is
to have a Venue for gatherings by appointment only. EX: Wedding, Quincientas,
Birthday Parties, other Special Occasions. No alcohol or food will be sold or cooked in
the building, site/Airport security will be #1 priority. This idea has been run by Airport
Superintendent and Agreed upon. We are open and willing to hear and acquiesce to
any city requirements , comments or concerns.
