Regarding parcel R3275601000 (Springhouse Townes Subdivision), we would like to oppose this zoning
proposal as homeowners in Brittany Heights. We believe the townhome units will obstruct the view of
mountains and greenery of the existing homes here, particularly our lot. This
The traffic and construction is a concern as well.
If we have an opportunity to oppose 77 townhomes in place of an open sheep pasture, which provides
room to breathe and serenity to these surrounding subdivisions, we will of course do so. We understand
that this area is growing, but the rapid urbanization is reducing the charm of living in Caldwell: An
agriculture friendly city.
