The request includes approval of a development agreement associated with ANN24-000005. The parcels are located northeast of the intersection of Farmway Road and Highway 20/26 and northwest of the Interstate 84 and Highway 20/26 interchange in Caldwell, Idaho. No development or subdivision platting is proposed or planned for as part of this application.
