Dear Neighbor,
We are in the process of applying for an annexa<on of six (6) proper<es in the City of Caldwell. A
neighborhood mee<ng will be held to discuss the proposal and answer any ques<ons. The
neighborhood mee<ng is for informa<onal purposes only and is not a public hearing before the
City's governing body. Instead, the mee<ng is a pre-hearing requirement, and the City s<ll needs
to have the formal applica<on. Once the applica<on has been submiMed and processed, the City
will schedule public hearings. You will receive no<ce of the public hearing date via postal mail,
newspaper publica<on, and public hearing signage on the project site.

Project Descrip.on: The property owner intends to submit an Annexa<on for six (6)
proper<es, shown in the image on the next page, with Commercial/Industrial zoning
designa<ons, totaling approximately 85.38 acres located to the northeast of the
intersec<on of Farmway Road and Highway 20/26, Caldwell, Idaho.
