NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held on the following application request (s):
Request (s): Case Number SSP25-000002: The applicant, Tamara Thompson of the Land Group, Inc, on behalf of
Home Depot USA Inc, is requesƟng approval of a short plat to divide a 16.78 acre parcel into four commercial/light
industrial lots. The property is zoned M-1, light industrial, is addressed as 4210 Highway 20/26, and is located on the
southwest corner of the intersecƟon between Highway 20/26 and Smeed Parkway, in Caldwell, Idaho.
Hearing Body: Caldwell City Council
Hearing Date, Time, LocaƟon: Monday, June 16th at 6:00pm the Caldwell City Council Chambers Room, at 205 S.
6th Avenue, Caldwell, Idaho.
Public TesƟmony: All public tesƟmony in favor, neutral or in opposiƟon will be heard. Comments need to be re-
ceived eight (8) days prior to the hearing or will be presented as late exhibits to the hearing body for consideraƟon.
