REQUEST SUMMARY: The applicant, Tamara Thompson of the Land Group, Inc, on behalf of Home Depot USA Inc, is
requesting approval of a short plat to divide a 16.78 acre parcel into four commercial/light industrial lots. The
property is zoned M-1, light industrial, is addressed as 4210 Highway 20/26, and is located on the southwest corner
of the intersection between Highway 20/26 and Smeed Parkway, in Caldwell, Idaho.
