The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) reviewed the referenced application(s) and has the following comments:
1. This project abuts the state highway system.
2. ITD does not object to the proposed lot split at this time. However, once end users and specific site uses are
identified, ITD will require a review to assess any potential traffic impacts associated with the intended
development.
