An area of land situate in a portion of the North One Half of Section 25, Township 4 North, Range 3
West, Boise Meridian, City of Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho, being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the North One Quarter corner of said Section 25, thence on the east section line of said
Section 25, South 00° 41' 19" West, 100.01 feet to a point of curvature, on the centerline of Smeed
Parkway;
Thence on said centerline, 166.94 feet on the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of 2000.00 feet, a
central angle of 04° 46' 57", and whose chord bears South 01° 42' 10" East, 166.89 feet;
Thence South 04° 05' 38" East, 312.72 feet to a point of curvature;
Thence 81.30 feet on the arc of a curve to the right, having a radius of 2000.00 feet, a central angle of
02° 19' 45", and whose chord bears South 02° 55' 46" East, 81.30 feet;
Thence leaving said centerline, South 89° 46' 16" West, 1365.66 feet;
Thence North 00° 34' 05" East, 661.38 feet, to a point on the north section line of said Section 25;
Thence on said north section line, North 89° 49' 32" East, 1328.87 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
The above-described area of land contains 20.36 acres, more or less.
