The parcel, R3413601100, is zoned R-1, low density residential, and is located at 20666 Middleton Rd., on the east side of Middleton Rd., approximately 650 feet south of the intersection with Lincoln Rd. in Cadwell, ID. Hearing Body: Caldwell Hearing Examiner Hearing Date, Time, Location: Tuesday, April 22 at 1:30pm in the Caldwell City Council Chambers Room, at 205 S. 6th Avenue, Caldwell, Idaho. Public Testimony: All public testimony in favor, neutral or in opposition will be heard. Comments need to be received eight (8) days prior to the hearing or will be presented as late exhibits to the hearing body for consideration.
