Case Number SPP25-000002: The applicant, Gregg Davis of Breckon Land Design, on behalf of K2CR LEGACY LLC., is requesting preliminary plat approval for Vassar Heights Subdivision, a
residential subdivision with 156 residential lots. The parcel, R3413601100, is zoned R-1, low density residential, and is located at 20666 Middleton Rd., on the east side of Middleton
Rd., approximately 650 feet south of the intersection with Lincoln Rd. in Cadwell, ID.
This Case is being heard by the Caldwell Hearing Examiner on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 and the notices need to be mailed on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.
