REQUEST SUMMARY: The applicant, Gregg Davis of Breckon Land Design, on behalf of K2CR LEGACY LLC., is
requesting preliminary plat approval for Vassar Heights Subdivision, a residential subdivision with 156 residential
lots. The parcel, R3413601100, is zoned R-1, low density residential, and is located at 20666 Middleton Rd., on the
east side of Middleton Rd., approximately 650 feet south of the intersection with Lincoln Rd. in Cadwell, ID.
