Dear Neighbor,
Prior to submitting a development application, the City of Caldwell requires a neighborhood meeting between the applicant
and neighbors adjacent to the proposed project. This is your notice to meet and review the proposed residential housing
project. This is not a public hearing and public officials will not be present. If you have questions ahead of the meeting, please
