Originally, we had 93 single family patio homes (5000 sq ft lots; alley loaded) and 50 townhomes (1600 sq ft lots; multi plex buildings); we were approved by staff to go to 100 R-2 single family homes (6000 sq ft lots; front load) in phase 1 and 34 townhomes (3500 sq ft lots; duplexes) for phase 2. Qualifying open space remains the same and the new amenity will be a tot lot – for all 135 units opposed to a clubhouse for just the originally-approved 50 townhomes. Staff has requested a revised preliminary plat. The preliminary plat update is in progress and will be submitted with comments during the second submittal. TANNER LEIGHTON PRINCIPAL & PRESIDENT
