A RESOLUTION OF THE CALDWELL URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY
AUTHORIZING THE RATIFICATION OF THE ENGAGEMENT LETTER
WITH ELJAY WAITE NOT TO EXCEED $3,000
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Caldwell Urban Renewal Agency authorizes the
acceptance of the document made part hereof and set forth in full.

Feasibility Study for Site Specific URA Area
RECOMMENDED ACTION:

Engagement Letter for Feasibility Study for 51h and Chicago Known as 405 N 5th Ave and 507 E
Chicago St
1. Purpose and Scope of the Feasibility Study
Conduct a feasibility study to assess the 5th and Chicago site as seen on attachment A. This
study will focus on the following areas:
• Financial Feasibility: Estimation of costs, revenue projections and tax increment.
2. Deliverables
Upon completion of the study, provide the following deliverables:
• A detailed report outlining findings and recommendations
• Executive summary of key insights.
• Presentation of findings and recommendations to URA Board of commissioners.
3. Timeline
The feasibility study is expected to be completed within 3 weeks from the date of this
agreement. The timeline may be adjusted based on the complexity of the project or
unforeseen circumstances.
4. Confidentiality
Keep all information related to the project confidential and will'not disclose any proprietary
or sensitive information without prior consent, except as required by law.
5. URA Responsibilities
URA agrees to provide all necessary information, access to relevant personnel and
resources needed for study. Timely cooperation is crucial to ensure the successful
completion of the feasibility study.
6. Payment Terms
The total amount of compensation paid to consultant for full completion of the project is

7. Termination of Engagement
Either party may terminate this engagement with written notice.
