HomeMy WebLinkAboutPostcard_WhiteAnnex_05.19.25City of Caldwell Planning and Zoning Department PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held on the following application request (s): Request (s): Case Number ANN25-000001: The applicant, Orton Engineering, on behalf of Beverly White, is request- ing annexation with a zoning designation of R-2 (Medium Density Residential). The parcel recently connected to City water due to issues with well water and annexation into the City was required as part of connecting to services. The 18.62 acre site currently has two existing homes and is used for agriculture. No change to the use or additional devel- opment is proposed at this time. The property is addressed as 5021 S. Montana Ave., and is located on the Southeast corner of Montana Ave. and Laster St. in Caldwell, ID. The Planning and Zoning Commission, on April 9th, 2025, rec- ommended approval of the application, to be forwarded to the City Council for consideration. Hearing Body: Caldwell City Council Hearing Date, Time, Location: Monday, May 19th at 6:00pm in the Caldwell City Council Chambers Room, at 205 S. 6th Avenue, Caldwell, Idaho. Public Testimony: All public testimony in favor, neutral or in opposition will be heard. Comments need to be re- ceived eight (8) days prior to the hearing or will be presented as late exhibits to the hearing body for consideration.
