Montana Ave. Caldwell Acreage: 18.6 To Caldwell Planning and Zoning Commission, In the summer of 2024 Mrs White experienced the failure of the on-property well. Prime Plumbing assisted Mrs White with an emergency connection to City of Caldwell Water Supply. To have this connection, her property needs to be annexed into the City of Caldwell. The property is majority farmland with two homes located on it. It will continue with its current usage as an agricultural property with existing two houses. No other changes will be made and we are not proposing any new development at this time.
