RE: Final Plat for Valencia Village Subdivision No 2
Dear Staff and Council:
On behalf of my client Challenger Development, please accept our request for Final Plat
Approval for Valencia Village No 2. Valencia Village development is located at the northeast
corner of Middleton Road and Skyway Street. This has 37 single family attached buildable lots,
and 14 common lots and one commercial lot, on 13.13 acres. These single-family residential lots
ranging from 2640 SF to 4,066 SF in size. The plat includes 14 common lots which provide for
storm drainage and street buffering and micropaths. This application with attachments is in
accordance with the City of Caldwell Final Plat application and checklist.
