SUBJECT: Final Plat Application | Chickasaw Subdivision No. 1
To Whom It May Concern:
The final plat submittal package is enclosed for the proposed Chickasaw Subdivision No. 1 located at
Homedale Road and Farmway in Caldwell in the N ½ Section 8, Township 3 North, Range 3 West, Boise
Meridian, Canyon County, Caldwell, Idaho, and consists of approximately 10.76 acres. The subdivision
includes 30 buildable lots and five common lots. Minimum lot size: 8,132, Average lot size: 8,500, and
Minimum lot size: 8132 SF, with 5.99% of qualifying open space. The specific provisions requested in the
final plat application are intended to be addressed in the plat and construction documents as described
below:
• The final plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat.
• The final plat conforms to the applicable provisions of the UDC.
• The final plat and development plans conform to best management practices and acceptable
surveying, engineering, landscape architectural practices, and local standards.
