NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held on the following application request (s):
Request (s): Case Number ZON24-000005: The applicant Scott Swanson, City of Caldwell Airport director, on behalf of the City of Caldwell, is requesting to rezone eight (8) parcels
from M-1, Light industrial, to A-D, Airport. The parcels (R35854901300, R3584901200, R3584901100, R3584900000, R3585100000, R3585101000, R3585201000, R3585300000) are located on the
northeast side of the airport runway, between E. linden St. and S. KCID Rd., in Caldwell, ID.
Hearing Body: Caldwell Planning and Zoning Commission
Hearing Date, Time, Location: Wednesday, April 9 at 6:00pm in the Caldwell City Council Chambers Room, at 205 S. 6th Avenue, Caldwell, Idaho.
Public Testimony: All public testimony in favor, neutral or in opposition will be heard. Comments need to be received eight (8) days prior to the hearing or will be presented as late
exhibits to the hearing body for consideration. Please send comments to the Planning & Zoning Department at PZ@cityofcaldwell.org. Any person needing special accommodation to participate
in the meeting should contact the City Office at 208-455-3021 prior to the meeting.
