RE: Case Number ZON24-000005 Airport Rezone
Case Number ZON24-000005: The applicant Scott Swanson, City of Caldwell Airport director, on behalf of the City of Caldwell, is requesting to rezone eight (8) parcels from M-1, Light
industrial, to A-P, Airport. The parcels (R35854901300, R3584901200, R3584901100, R3584900000, R3585100000, R3585101000, R3585201000, R3585300000) are located on the northeast side
of the airport runway, between E. linden St. and S. KCID Rd., in Caldwell, ID.
This Case is being heard by the Caldwell Planning and Zoning Commission on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 and the notices need to be mailed on Thursday, March 20, 2025.
