RE: Canyon Village Lofts Time Extension Request
On behalf of Canyon Village Townhomes LLC, we are submitting the Canyon Village Lofts Time
Extension request for review and approval. Below is a written statement addressing each item within
the submittal checklist.
• The project is currently actively being designed and is in the underwriting process.
• The time extension is needed as the property owners time and attention has been focused on
the adjacent Canyon Village Apartments project to the east called “The Jaxon”. Further,
variable market conditions during the previous years since approval have required the owner
to extend the underwriting process of evaluation.
• The time extension is requested to be extended for two years.
• No modifications to the special use permit are requested at this time.
