The subdivision is currently undergoing a minor modification, which will be submitted to the City for review and approval. The modification will not increase the number of buildable lots, and will conform to previous approvals and zoning requirements. Any requests for waivers or variances from the applicable codes that may arise will be applied for during the modification. The developer intends to submit the modification application within the next 30-45 days. The original plat approval timelines require this extension due to additional comments and requirements from the City’s engineering department when development plans were submitted for review. Due to these comments, additional revisions to the plat need to occur, which requires the time extension. We would request a 1-year time extension in order to get the modification application submitted, reviewed, and approved by the City, and to have updated construction documents prepared for submittal. Please contact me directly with any questions regarding the project at 208-514-3300 or ben@reandpartners.com.
