Please do not allow this to happen to Caldwell! This non-stop building EVERYWHERE has got to
STOP. It will destroy everything we love the most about living here. We are losing so much farmland
to thousands of homes which is going to cause untold horrible problems besides replacing all the
food that could have been grown on all that land. Traffic will be unbearable and unmanageable,
schools will be overburdened, property values will go down while property taxes go up. No good will
come of this except for the developers. We were born in Idaho and have lived here most of our lives.
We moved here to this area 45 years ago and have loved living the Idaho way of life. It will be hell if
we have to endure the rest of our lives sharing 10th Avenue with multi-THOUSANDS more people
and vehicles. It's hard enough as it is to get out of our subdivision with all the traffic coming both
ways. No one I know is in favor of this idiocy! Please deny this agenda of constant development and
the resulting repercussions. This will become the nightmare that Californians have been fleeing to
Idaho to get away from!
