Hoover To:PZ Subject:Element Subdivision Concerns Date:Wednesday, November 13, 2024 7:10:04 AM Nov. 13, 2024 Dear Commissioners, My wife and I live at 15405 David Street, Caldwell and will be impacted by the Element Ridge and Verbena Ranch subdivisions. We purchased our home in 1995 and it is our most important asset. We are in complete agreement with the letter sent to you from 40 of our neighbors and it accurately spells out some of our major concerns. My wife and I understand that the land to the north of us will eventually be developed and accept this fact. We are, however, concerned about the impact the subdivision will have on our property value. In addition to the points delineated in the group letter, we would request that the homes fronting David Street be restricted to one level and occupying at least 0.4 acres to better match those of our homes. We also have major concerns about any increase in traffic on David Street.
